Avène Eau Thermale

Early in March, during a treatment session, my dermatologist deliberately decided to be cruel with me (just kidding) and apply a bit more glycolic acid on my face than usual. Oh, I wish she never did that! My skin had never been more red, and it burned like never before. I'm usually ready to do everything to get rid of my acne scars, but that time it was just too painful! When I noticed the burning feeling and the redness still hadn't gone away the morning after, I ran to buy the Avène Eau Thermale, or thermal water. I'd heard many good things about this product and my dermatologist had used it on me as well. I definitely was pleased with the purchase: after a few spritzes, my skin felt much better and looked better, too. This simple product -it's just water, after all- managed to calm my skin completely in a few hours and make it less irrritated.
After that awful experience, I still use this product when my skin has random red patches, or if I have a breakout and I don't want to use anything harsh on it. You can use it to soothe your skin after shaving, as a gentle toner or to brighten your complexion. It's definitely a multi-tasking product!
I highly recommend Avène Eau Thermale to everybody, especially to those who you have sensitive, blemish prone skin. It's targeted to all skin types, it's not expensive and as I've mentioned before it's a very simple product, in the sense that there's not many complicated ingredients in it - just one, water.

  2. I have the same water in mini handbag version, which I carry around all the time. My skin dries a bit, especially in the hot seasons, so this beauty definately saves the day :)

  4. Ho sempre usato i prodotti dell'Avène, ma l'acqua termale ancora no. La vidi un po' di tempo fa in offerta e me la sono fatta scappare.. Prossima volta ci penserò su =/

  5. Cambia dermatologa, SUBITO!

Aiuto!
